IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

Administration and maintenance of the entire Microsoft Windows server and client infrastructure including regular updates, troubleshooting and system monitoring) Support and administration of all network devices and IT systems - firewalls, routers, switches, printers, scanners, time recording systems etc. Project-related integration of new machines and equipment into production and administration processes including Establishing network connections and interface configuration Technical implementation of digitalization projects in cooperation with internal specialist departments and external service providers Ensuring and further developing IT security infrastructure (IT security) firewalls, virus protection, user rights, backups, emergency plans User support in the use of the Microsoft SQL server-based merchandise management system – first and second level support, rights management, small adjustments Administration and support of the intralogistics software “Warehouse Pilot” – interface care, fault analysis, cooperation with the manufacturer. Implementation of system documentation, maintenance of network and infrastructure plans Set up and maintain user accounts, group policies and access rights in Active Directory Management of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams – User management, licenses, security settings Regular implementation and control of backups and recovery processes (Backup & Restore) Monitoring the system landscape and proactive avoidance of errors by suitable tools Staff training and technical instructions on new systems or software tools Close cooperation with external IT service providers, software providers and machine suppliers Participation in IT budget planning, hardware procurement and license management

completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification; alternatively a technical study with IT focus Experience in the care and management of network components (firewalls, routers, switches) and peripheral devices (e.g. printers, scanners, time recording systems) Knowledge in the use of logistics or ERP systems. Knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams – especially in user administration, license management and security configuration Experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of backup and restore processes Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are desirable
