You take over the independent management and operational control of the branch. You are responsible for achieving the sales, earnings and market targets as well as the economic development of the site. You lead, motivate and develop your team and promote successful cooperation. You maintain existing customers, build business relationships and attract new customers. You control internal and external services and ensure smooth operations in the branch. You are observing market and competition developments and are taking appropriate measures to further develop the establishment. You represent our company professionally to customers, business partners and employees.

You have well-founded professional experience in sales as well as extensive market and industry knowledge. You bring (first) leadership experience as well as the ability to successfully motivate and develop employees. You think entrepreneurial, work structured and act in a solution-oriented and sales-oriented manner. Communication strength, enforcement ability and team capacity are the key to your performance.
