Design and implementation of projects in the area of telephony systems, AI chat and voicebots as well as smart data Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Curiosity and feel for optimization potentials in processes for intelligent call and contact control and their implementation Communication with key stakeholders and need analysis Interface between customers, technology, product management and external service providers

Completed technical and commercial training or completed studies in the field of business management, telecommunications or comparable Embossed feeling and interest for customer needs, desire to communicate and the ability to develop creative solutions Hands-on-Mentality: You're packing up, thinking new and trading courageously Liability in implementation and communication Fun in interdisciplinary cooperation and agile methods First experience in the telecommunications environment with ACD systems, AI-based communication or comparable technologies Very good knowledge of German and good English and occasional readiness to travel
