Digital Architect Regional Energy Transition (m/w/d)

In our regional energy transition department, we bundle our potential to successfully shape the energy transition and the heat transition. Particular attention is paid to increasing efficiency through digitization and intelligent automation as well as to a coordinated process management. As a Digital Architect, you actively shape the digital future of the Regional Energy Transition department. You are responsible for the development and maintenance of digital architecture and ensure that IT systems, processes and data flows are optimally adapted to the strategic objectives of the department. At the interface between disciplines, IT and project teams, you are curious.

You develop and plead the business IT architecture of the regional energy transition department in close coordination with the central IT. You analyze existing system landscapes, identify optimization potentials and guide architectural recommendations. You accompany IT projects from requirement analysis to implementation and make sure that architectural principles are adhered to. You are involved in defining and developing standards, methods and tools for architectural work. You will advise specialist areas and project teams on technical solutions and their impact on overall architecture. You represent the department in company-wide architecture and IT companies.

You have completed your studies, for example (economic/technical) computer science, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the IT architecture, ideally in the municipal or energy business environment. You have profound knowledge in modeling business processes and IT system landscapes (e.g. with BPMN). You think strategic, trade solution-oriented and communicate safely with different stakeholders. You are familiar with current architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and IT governance.
