As part of your student work, you can support us in the following tasks: Analysis and structuring of the fields of activity of our subteams for clear demarcation and efficient cooperation with other structures

Development and implementation of billing models to ensure a transparent and comprehensible cost distribution between the trades

Support in economic optimization within the department by using lean management methods

Preparation and visualization of decision bases through presentations and reports

Proactive participation in process improvements to increase efficiency and cost control

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Degree course in the field of BWL, economic engineering or a similar degree course, ideally focusing on controlling or process management

First experience in process analysis, cost calculation and lean management to optimize economic processes

Understanding cost accounting, budgeting and controlling mechanisms to create billing models

Analytical way of thinking and a structured and independent way of working

High communication strength, team skills and problem-solving competence

Safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels

Flexibility and rapid understanding
