· Head of the entire construction and project processes from construction preparation to final construction · Management of external construction site teams including compliance with safety measures · Ensuring the desired quality in the time and cost budget incl. Accounting and Documentation · Self-employed resource planning, supplier management and follow-up design

· Complete studies in the field of civil engineering or technical training in civil engineering Auxiliary · Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager/project manager (m/w/d) in industrial engineering, ideally from wood or module construction · Affinity for sustainable and cost-effective construction · Customer and company-oriented thinking with strong self-responsibility, communication strength and social competence
