Your tasks: acceptance and processing of room reservations via all booking channels input and administration reservations/bookings in the hotel system Active telephone and direct sale of rooms and offers Control and processing of bookings as well as sending reservation confirmations. Offer and sale of additional services such as food packages, framework programmes and conference packages.
