The Katholische Gesamtkirchengemeinde Ellwangen is the carrier of four day nurseries with a total of 14 groups. For our daycare facilities we are looking at the next time

in full time and/or part time e.g. in the function as group management (m/w/d)

• They watch and support children lovingly in their development
• They respect the individuality of children whose right to self-determination and participation
• Together with the team, prepare the children a valuable start to the future

These are our requirements:

• Affiliation to a Church of the Association of Christian Churches (ACK)
• Orientation to Christian basic values in the context of daily work
• They practice an appraisal, friendly and cooperative approach to the team and pay attention to a positive culture of coexistence

• Remuneration and compensation according to the employment contract regulations of the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese (AVO-DRS), comparable to the TV-L or TVöD
