You support the team in organizing everyday practice and ensure that all processes work smoothly You coordinate patient and appointment processes so that our patients feel well looked after all You get insights into quality management and help to optimize healthcare processes You are the interface between medical team, administration and patient service and contribute to optimal cooperation You bring in your ideas to continuously improve patient orientation and service quality

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You bring interest in medical processes and health care, so you can quickly work into the practice organization You will be able to efficiently support administrative processes and want to actively contribute to the optimization of quality and practice processes.
