Our MATERNUS SeniorenCentrum Chapel Pencil (in 65193 Wiesbaden) is located in an idyllic location at the foot of the Neroberg in the northeast of the Hessian capital. Here we take care of our 107 people in need of care in three living areas.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring, maintenance and maintenance of all technical installations within and outside the facility
• Implementation of repairs in facilities
• Control and monitoring of all technical and legal standards and regulations and accident prevention regulations in the technical field
• Pick up offers for the technical field
• Supporting foreign companies, monitoring order execution and handling of delivery operations

Your profile:

• completed training in a craft occupation usable for building services and/or proven training for electrical engineering
• independent, structured and targeted mode of operation
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• high level of commitment and team capacity
• Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility
