Property Manager (m/f/d)

Care of the real estate stock including complaints, reporting and reporting Central contact for tenants and clients Representation of clients of the respective objects to authorities, foreign users and tenants Transfer of property transfers to new tenants as well as transfers and withdrawals of leased areas Contract and receivable management incl. Maintenance of all commercial property, tenant and rental contract data and files Close cooperation with technical property management and accounting Participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts Support in the settlement of payment transactions and of dunning Preparatory cost accounting, account accounting and deferral accounting of additional costs

A successfully completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or studies in real estate management/in real estate management Professional experience in commercial or residential real estate Knowledge found in rental and contract law Cost and quality awareness A careful and structured way of working A high level of commitment, communication strength and service orientation Secure computer skills (MS Word and Excel) driving licence class B
