Your duties

In order to strengthen our team in the emergency service hotline and rental interest advice, centrally located at the Alter Teichweg underground station, we are looking for an employee or student assistance (m/w/d) in the emergency service in parttime with 16–20 hours/week. The periods of use are predominantly from 10 am to 8 pm on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and weekends in changing layers with a remuneration of at least brutto 14,24 €/hour up to 15€/hour plus additional supplements.

• Telephone contact (m/w/d) for tenants in technical emergency cases and their forwarding, if necessary Ordering specialist companies
• Telephone advice and acceptance of tenants
• Processing of orders as well as correspondence and entering damage messages
• Answering emails

Your profile

• Commercial training or ongoing studies or motivated cross-income with commercial knowledge
• Experience in telephone customer support desirable
• Good and application-related computer skills (MS Office)
• Friendly, customer-oriented and binding appearance
• Ready to work from Monday to Sunday in changing layers (time frames mostly 14–23 in 6- or 8-hour shifts)
