Become part of our team in Frankfurt am Main and support us as Consultant Business Support IT Applications (w/m/d) We offer multifaceted tasks As a member of the Business Support team, advise and support the specialist areas of the KfW IPEX bank as well as the specialist areas of the KfW, which are supervised by the IPEX, in the daily handling of banking IT applications. You accompany the roll-out of new applications and releases and, through early integration of business support, ensure the know-how building for productive operation. In cooperation with the relevant thematic managers of the department, you create training documents and perform user training to new or changed IT services. As an interface to the team abroad of the KfW-IT, you support the external offices with regard to the IT workstation. You are responsible for new topics, represent the IPEX interests through active cooperation in major strategic KfW projects and are co-responsible for the continuous development of business support. This will bring you You have completed university studies in IT or Bank or comparable training and have already gained extensive experience in the field of user support for banking applications or in testing banking applications. We need banking know-how, in particular knowledge of credit processes and products. It is good if you know the organizational and professional relationships with the KfW IPEX bank. You have already completed user training and ideally have knowledge and experience in creating e-learnings and video tutorials. You are analytically strong and convince in the team with your independent working, your organizational talent and the recognizable willingness to take over responsibility.
