Inside Sales Employee at Lake Constance (m/f/d)

You are a reliable contact for our customers and actively supports the Account Manager in the care and development of long-term customer relationships. You are ideally experienced in dealing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and thus contribute to the optimization of our sales processes. Creating, tracking and managing offers and processing orders are your main tasks. You work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing and commercial processing to meet the needs of our customers. You support the Account Manager in post-trade negotiations with manufacturers and actively contribute to the communication and reporting of projects with our partners. Continuous training is important to you: you take part in webinars of manufacturers and internal trainings and acquire the necessary tools of manufacturers.

As a team player with strong communication strength and a structured way of working, you bring the right setting. You have a completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable study as well as at least three years of professional experience in a comparable area, ideally in a medium-sized company. Your expertise includes areas such as:creation and maintenance of customer and sales documents Knowledge of the use of CRM systems, in particular Dynamics 365 Safe handling of common IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS teams) as well as interest in current technologies You master German and English in word and writing.
