Your daily bread:

• Dough artist: You can make doughs according to recipe for our breads and rolls.
• Dough guide: You monitor dough formation and fermentation processes with attention to detail.
• Operating temperature: You are responsible for the optimal baking process.
• Quality-conscious: With your hands, you shape the bread and care for the best quality.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: You know the HACCP guidelines and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Your ingredients:

• Bäcker mit Herz: Complete training for bakers (m/w/d) or baker (m/w/d) is ideal. Beginners with professional experience are welcome!
• Passion & quality: You love bakery and burn for fresh, high quality bakery.
• Flexible early riser/summer warmer: shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays, is not a problem for you.
• Teamgeist: You help your colleagues (m/w/d) and get active in the team.
• Language skills: You have sufficient knowledge of German in word and writing.
