Project work: Responsible cooperation in damage projects in cooperation with various business areas Process design: Planning and implementation of digital damage processes, e.g. in the field of video assessment and document testing Contract support: Participation in contractual arrangements in coordination with law and data protection Service provider controlling: setup and execution of a controlling including deviation analyses and identification of optimization potentials Quality Assurance: Processing of complaints as well as carrying out Cause Analysis and Action Tracks at Service Providers

Qualification: Training as a merchant for insurance and finance, ideally with further training as an insurance specialist (m/w/d), or completed studies with economic reference (e.g. business, economics, business informatics or similar discipline) Damage Competence: First experiences in damage processing desirable IT Affinity: Good IT confession and secure knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Communication strength: Embossed communication and team skills Working method: Structured, flexible and independent Analytical and conceptual thinking and self-initiative Service orientation: High customer and service orientation combined with professional and friendly appearance
