Technical and disciplinary management of the area of pay billing and time management incl. Developing skills and competencies of the payroll and admin team Responsibility for the entire monthly consolidated income statement Contact persons in social insurance and wage tax issues as well as communication with social security institutions and authorities SAP application support for administration, accounting and time management Responsibility for the planning and implementation of SAP HCM projects from concept to production Documentation of process improvements and new developments Interface to internal areas such as finance and external service providers Responsibility for accounting audits and annual exchange activities

Empathic and experienced leadership with high sense of responsibility, structured working and target orientation. Enforceable, highly communication, analytical and socially competent Successfully completed commercial training or studies as well as relevant additional qualifications Multiannual professional and management experience in the field of pay accounting, preferably in the medium-sized industry Width and deep experience in the field of pay billing / Compensation & Benefits Knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience in the application of collective agreements and business agreements (ERA) Good knowledge of occupational pensions Experience in creating ad hoc reports Multiannual SAP experience Experience in cooperation with works councils Joy in the further development of a responsibility area and thus of the entire company
