As a BCM agent (m/w/d) of the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) you assume the following tasks: You build a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to BSI standard 200-4 and continuously develop this You identify relevant processes and take over the implementation of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) You create and maintain emergency, restart and crisis plans You plan and conduct tests and emergency exercises You are responsible for consulting and supporting nationwide projects from the BCM You actively participate in association-wide work and project groups (including information security, data protection, quality management) You support the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS-2)

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience in business continuity management, emergency or crisis management You have good knowledge in dealing with recognised standards (e.g. BSI standard 200-4) in practice You know the regulatory requirements for the BCM (e.g. NIS-2) and can implement them in practice You bring a high degree of autonomy and organisational capacity with You bring communication strength, enforcement strength and joy in cooperation with various contact persons with You identify with our values as a non-profit Christian organization
