With you everything goes round: you support us in the planning and implementation of projects and development programs – from A to Z as well as time planning.

Boring in learning? With you impossible: Create learning materials that inspire and motivate (e.g. presentations and handbooks).

Be our LMS-Lotse: You administrate our Learning Management System.

Always at the forefront of time: you can track the latest trends and best practices in areas such as learning, digitalization, AI, leadership or skills management.

Rocking the e-mail game: You process our inbox and make sure every message lands in the right place.

Data detective: With eagle eyes, you prepare data and organize it so that everyone can find it (e.g. reporting our employee engagement survey).

StillLearning: You have already completed your studies in psychology, adult education, social science, BWL or a comparable field or are in the final phase of your studies.

You are available for a full-time activity for min. Six months.

WorkLife: You already have first work experience, e.g. as an internin or working studentin, and can safely handle common office applications, such as PowerPoint and Outlook.

International: Very good knowledge of German and English.

StructureGameStrong: You create structure and order – also in chaos.

RockSolid: You're leaving.

NittyGritty: You don't miss out on any detail and you care for fine grinding.
