As Junior Field Service Technician (m/w/d), you are part of the service team and report to the regional service & IT manager. They are responsible for the installation, repair, upgrades, calibration, testing of instruments and maintaining positive customer relationships. This position is part of the service team in northern Germany and is fully accompanied by the place of residence in the field service (Osnabrück/Hannover) execution and detailed documentation of operating system installations and user software Support, advice and assistance for medical personnel in the use of equipment Compliance with statutory regulations (e.g. medical device law, medical device operator regulation, etc.) Configuration and instructions of our analyzers Independent detection and forwarding of support requests Collection and documentation of service activities in our IT system (Microsoft Dynamics) Communication of error messages and quality information with the technical service at our company headquarters (Hotline / RSM/IT) Takeover of representation in other regions as needed
