Lean Six Sigma Expert/Project Manager (m/f/d)

You carry out process optimization projects based on Lean Six Sigma methods with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and efficiency as well as optimizing throughput times (e2e). You identify improvements using Lean Six Sigma and agile methods (e.g. DMAIC, PDCA, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, 8 Types of Wastes). You develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You train and coach the executives and employees in achieving their goals using lean tools. You perform benchmarking and best practice sharing within the organization and in the banking sector.

You have a certification as well as experience in the Lean Six Sigma methodology as a Black Belt and can demonstrate sound experience with end2end banking processes. You own change management experience in transformation projects. You have many years of experience in the field of program and/or project management of medium and large transformation/change projects. You can demonstrate successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma projects as project manager. You have several years of experience in using IT tools to analyze and improve processes such as Minitab and Tableau. You have a comprehensive understanding of statistical methods and tools for process optimization such as Process Mining & Robotics. Excellent communication skills as well as strong enforcement and implementation skills are yours. You have very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel) as well as statistics software.
