For a premium customer in Frankfurt we are looking for an experienced administration officer (advisors). The Administration Officer (AO) plays a decisive role as the right hand of the Security Team Manager (STM). In this position, the AO supports the STM by managing instructions, coordinating administrative tasks and assisting in various projects. This includes the preparation, processing and correspondence of documents, as well as the management and maintenance of databases and storage systems. In addition, the AO is responsible for compliance with the guidelines, supports training programs and performs quality controls. This role offers excellent access to security management and allows you to develop skills and gain experience in this area. Your tasks: Management and organisation of office processes Coordination and support in administrative tasks and projects Preparation and processing of documents, reports and presentations Communication and correspondence with internal and external partners Maintenance and updating of databases and storage systems Support for management in the implementation of operational tasks Supporting the instructor in the planning and implementation of training and training programmes Monitoring and ensuring compliance of compliance policies Creation and management of shift plans for employees Once a month of readiness
