Organisation, control and optimization of practice processes at several locations Support and support of the practice teams in operational daily business Implementation and ensuring uniform standards and processes Participation in the development/acquisition of new practice sites Personal Topics: Service Plans, Team Structure, Communication Quality and Process Management Analysis of processes, utilisations and optimization potentials Interface between practices, management and central areas Communication with external service providers, partners and authorities

Completed commercial or medical training or studies in health care (e.g. practical management, health management, MFA with further education practical management, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in practice or location management Leadership, Enforcement and Empathic Leadership Style High organisational and structural competence Affinity for processes, standards and efficient processes Good IT skills and experience with practical software Independent, solution-oriented operation
