Your tasks include You are responsible for the entire selection process from your recruiting role. You will advise your specialist areas on all questions relating to personnel recovery and support the conclusion of the contract

You understand your audience, create suitable talents and build your own talent pool

You use your creative mind and tax marketing campaigns as well as personal marketing measures for positioning C24 Bank as an attractive employer

You participate in recruiting events and organize career events, trade fairs and university cooperation to give our candidates an open and honest insight into the company

You use daily potentials to improve existing processes and keep an eye on trends to think Recruiting innovatively

What you bring A successfully completed study in the fields of economics, human resources management, economic psychology, psychology or similar You have at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting and employer branding You have an independent, careful way of working, a persuasive appearance and enthusiasm in recruiting new professionals and executives You like to introduce yourself and your ideas, recognize potentials based on your collected data, and bring your absolute team player mentality with you You bring first experience in digital design (e.g. Canva) and develop first designs
