You... develops safer and scalable ServiceNow architectures to support business-wide IT and service processes are responsible for implementing and maintaining complex ServiceNow modules, workflows and integrations (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) optimises the ServiceNow platform according to ITIL best practices and in line with the strategic goals works closely in an agile team with Product Owners, IT teams and specialist areas for the collection and implementation of technical requirements (from User Story to Go-Live) builds and maintains a central, reliable documentation base for ServiceNow processes

You... have a completed study of computer science or a comparable qualification in IT possesses relevant professional experience as ServiceNow developer and/or architect in complex business environments as well as the ability to translate user stories and business requirements into concrete solutions have sound knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices and interface architectures as well as knowledge of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, FlowDesigner, IntegrationsHub has experience in knowledge and documentation management as well as technical know-how in the field of network architectures or infrastructure-efficient IT landscapes has fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
