Senior Consultant Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agent Architecture (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the architecture and introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot in corporate environments, with everything that belongs to: authorization concepts, oversharing prevention, purview, tenant setup. You unravel and build agents in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform along real business processes. You develop governance models for agents: release, lifecycle, cost control, traceability. For banks connected to BAIT and DORA. You design adoption and change, from the selection of application cases to champions networks to the usage measurement and the proof of economic viability. You build our range of Copilot Value and Agent Governance, from the methodology to the Playbooks to the fixed price package. You will become the face of the topic, on special events, in contributions, with customers. In the first year, you are mostly on the move to customer information. With growing project pipeline, we are building a team in which you can take over the lead role.

What you need to know Complete study of (economic)informatics, (economic)ingenieurs or a comparable qualification. At least five years of experience in the Microsoft-365 environment, including a relevant part in the consultation. Depth in Microsoft 365: Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, Permission and Information Architecture. You know why copilot is a risk without clean permissions. Practice with Copilot Studio and Power Platform. You built at least one agent that is used productively. You can count on a business case, not just describe it. Very good knowledge of German and good English, readiness to travel in the usual advisory framework. Experience in building a topic, an offer or a team. Joy of distribution, but at least no dislike. What makes you even stronger Adoption and change management beyond training films: You measured usage and replied to a client. Experience with banks or insurers, basic understanding of AI governance and EU AI Act. Power Fx, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry. Certifications such as MS-102, SC-401 or PL-200.
