Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You benefit from a high learning and development effect through responsibility & proximity to practice You work closely with executives and experienced experts: You actively support conceptual & designing a central delivery management concept with You can see the documentation of target image, approach models and governance structures You support the preparation of decision-making and discussion bases You work with the visualization of Deliverables, Timelines and Milestones You support the preparation of meetings as well as tracking action, dependencies and open points Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You are currently studying economics, insurance industry, engineer related to insurance business or a similar orientation You work independently, reliably and you want to redesign something You have a high level of teamwork and flexibility You have a high social competence as well as communication and team skills You convince with very good MS office Ideally, you have first experience in insurance or banking You bring sales orientation and strategic approach You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
