Dual study programme in Social Work (B.A.) on the virtual campus - mattiehaus GmbH

Start your future in the field of social work together with the mattiehaus GmbH and the IU International University (IU). In the Dual myStudium – accredited as a dual remote study – you collect your practice experience in the company and learn the theory to be 100% virtual, complemented by optional digital accompanying events.

For 30 years now, we have been accompanying people in their development, promoting children and adults and families with a wide range of priorities and needs. In the mattiehaus there is a curative educational support in the areas of early education, as well as the curative education for school children on the outpatient level in the house, in the family and in the school. In essence, children aged 0 to 16/18 are supervised whose development shows mental, mental, emotional, physical, linguistic and/or sensory delays.

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You represent a positive human image, recognize the dignity of all people and plead a fundamental respect You treat responsibly and ethically, perceive confidentiality, data protection and respect professionalism and respectful handling of clients and colleagues and observe legal requirements You show practical orientation and readiness to learn in which you actively operate the theory-practice transfer in the practical phases, independently pursue learning goals and ensure teamwork and reflection of your experiences You focus on resource and participation and promote the self-employment and self-determination of clients
