Your mission... Ensure proper accounting and coordination of all relevant business transactions Edit main and secondary accounting (incl. asset accounting, subject accounts, provisions and period-based delimitations) Creating sales tax pre-registrations (national) and other legally required notifications Support for monthly and annual work Travel cost accounting Processing of payment including reminding Support for the timely implementation of creditor counts Support for financial accounting projects Close cooperation with the team management accounting, internal departments and external partners Promoting digitalization of accounting processes and digital workflows Identify optimization potentials in existing processes and introduce your own ideas for process improvement Actively support the development of financial processes and financial projects

Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on accounting Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Knowledge of accounting and accounting Professional experience in financial accounting Safe handling of Sage and common MS Office applications of advantage High self-initiative, ready-to-use and target orientation Quick understanding and high level of learning Team-oriented, structured and independent working, as well as accuracy and reliability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
