Your tasks: Cooperation in the design of the food supply and preparation of recipes

Representation of the chef in his absence

Bringing in the organization of the smooth workflows in the kitchen.

Active cooperation in the kitchen during production and service times on all items

Administration with ordering, inventory & costing

Ensure that hygiene standards are adhered to

Promotion and demand of the kitchen team
