You take over the analysis and evaluation of invention messages from the Reinhausen Group Preparation, preparation, submission and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications is your responsibility They are responsible for the patent-related support of development projects (in particular Freedom-to-Operate analyses and IP identification) They support and advise various business areas on industrial property issues In cooperation with technology management, business development and development departments, you support the development and implementation of sector-specific IP strategies Cooperation with (inter-)national patent and law firms also belongs to your area of responsibility

You have successfully completed technical or scientific studies (electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, patent engineering or comparable) You have first professional experience in a patent department of an industrial company or a patent attorney law firm Optionally, you have an authorisation as a German patent attorney (m/w/d) and/or as a European patent Attorney (m/w/d) or strive for such a You have knowledge of German and European patents and trademarks A structured and analytical way of working A very good linguistic expressiveness, as well as knowledge of German and English, complete your profile
