Preparation and implementation of EU-wide invitations to tender for construction, supply and other services – including structured planning, appointment control and documentation. Creation and further development of model contracts for award procedures and their adaptation to project-specific requirements. Consultation of demand providers in all procurement and contractual issues – practical, solution-oriented and legally secure. Participation in the strategic development of the subject area, including derivation, implementation and regular review of objectives and cooperation in budget planning. Organisation and management of responsibilities within the area of responsibility to ensure efficient processes and transparent responsibilities. Knowledge management: coordination of collection, structuring and provision of knowledge on processes, methods and professional content of the group; Ensuring a current and accessible knowledge pool. Coordination and control of central procurement processes, e.g. implementation of submissions as well as creation, analysis and evaluation of relevant key figures, statistics and reports for continuous process optimization.

You are looking for a new professional challenge and enjoy working in varied and complex topics. You have a degree in law or a university degree in economics (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) – ideally with a focus on economic law. You bring several years of professional experience in the legal and/or commercial environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of procurement law, in particular in GWB, VgV, VOB and UVgO, as well as in-depth knowledge in trade, household, competition and contract law. You come up with high communication, work service-oriented with internal demand carriers and external suppliers and are characterized by a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation. Ideally, you have already gained experience in public administration, in an award point or in purchasing a larger company.
