Head of Receivables Management Performance & Operations (m/f/d)

Your tasks at a glance: You take the operational responsibility for the Debt Collection range – from performance to strategic development. You control the operating business along defined KPI, SLA and quality standards, including responsibility for sales, costs and productivity. You develop the area to a targeted controlled service or Profit Center with future-oriented organization and process structure. You identify and maintain optimization, automation and scaling potentials. Leadership and development of downstream executives and teams. You are also responsible for the introduction of a transparent, data-based KPI, reporting and forecast system to control cost ratios, processing times and success rates. You work closely with adjacent areas such as Finance, Legal, Data Privacy, Sales, Customer Service and Operations. The further development of services and performance models in receivable management is yours.

You have already shown that you are leading larger operational units, scaling processes and always keeping the view of the economy? Then you bring exactly what we are looking for: You have several years of experience in leadership in a process-strong, KPI-controlled operating or service environment (e.g. Debt Collection, Claim Management, Financial Services, BPO, Customer Operations) Detectable experience in controlling large operational units via team leads or comparable leadership levels – you are a real “leader of leaders” You bring know-how into performance management, process optimization and scaling as well as in controlling KPIs, forecasts and capacities. Your good business understanding (conversion, cost, contribution) as well as your experience in transformation or automation projects speak for themselves. You are sure to deal with reporting, workflow and case management structures. Advantage: international experience, regulatory know-how in collections as well as interface experience to pricing, legal or finance. Entrepreneurial thinking, high analysis and implementation strength as well as decision-making, resilience and clear communication characterize you. German (Level C2) - and English (Level C1) enable you to communicate effectively with our international colleagues.
