Construction site management clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the organization, preparation and tracking of construction sites and assembly operations You are responsible for the commercial processing of goods from the order system to the project management to the invoice You coordinate appointments, missions and procedures in close coordination with project management, technicians and construction managers You pflet master data, collects project-related data in the system and ensures a clean documentation You are contact person*in for customer requests and for internal interfaces You support the project management and the team in all administrative and organizational matters of daily business You work closely with general construction companies, network operators, municipal works and other project partners If necessary, you participate in construction meetings, on-site appointments and voting (e.g. construction site visits, counter change dates)

completed commercial or technical training, ideally in crafts (e.g. office man/wife, industrial man/wife, electric specialist with office experience) Experience in the field of operations, construction site management or crafts organization High organizational capacity and structured working readiness to travel and use in the regional environment Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with crafts or ERP software Driving licence class B required Team spirit and fun in dealing with people English knowledge required Polish knowledge is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary
