Project Manager Event Technology Inhouse Cologne (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you are the interface between customer, technology and organization. Among other things, you perform the following tasks: You plan and calculate the event technology for different events. You develop technical concepts and create individual offers. You advise our customers on technical possibilities and find suitable solutions for their requirements. You coordinate material, personnel and external service providers. You control your projects from request and planning to successful implementation. You accompany events on site and arrange a smooth run together with the team. You work closely with technical colleagues, sales and our customers. You ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

It is not crucial for us that you meet every single criterion. A good technical understanding, organizational talent and the joy of taking responsibility for events are important. You should bring that with you: A completed training in the field of event technology, event management and Event purchase or a comparable qualification Experience in planning and project management of events or events Good knowledge in at least one field of event technology – for example audio, video, light or rigging A structured and reliable operation Organisational talent and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel tasks Joy of direct customer contact and a service-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office A plus, but no need: Good knowledge of English Experience in MRP or personnel planning Knowledge of common software solutions for event planning and technology
