You support in compliance with time-limits and actively and in self-responsibility You assist in day-to-day workflows and ensure the optimal planning, execution and coordination of business operations and appointments With your organizational talent you take the appointment and telephone management You work out business-relevant concepts, business cases, decision-making templates as well as presentations and carry out individual first projects in the clinic With your affinity for digital processes, you also identify potentials for streamlining processes in your area and implement them in adjacent areas. You ensure the timely processing of insurance cases, applications and contracts

Complete university degree with a focus on business management or completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience ideally in the healthcare industry Ability to analyze complex facts and conceptual thinking Self-employed and structured working with a plentiful self-initiative Embossed Communication Power and Hands-On-Menthality First experience in project work/project management desirable Professional, safe, friendly and open appearance Reliability, discretion and loyalty Enforceability, operational readiness and resilience Teamability and flexibility
