Management and control of building land development and urban and other measures Consultation of municipalities on urban redevelopment, development and urban redevelopment and urban planning Implementation of preparatory studies according to § 141 BauGB or § 165 BauGB Management and control of urban planning and development measures to be carried out faithfully Establishment and updating of cost and financing overviews according to § 171 BauGB or Business Plans for Trusted Building Land Developments Coordination of different interests and actors in all phases of the project Leadership and motivation of project teams.

You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of geodesy, spatial planning or urban planning or comparable courses. You have experience in project development and leadership of project teams. You may already have experience in preparing and implementing urban renovation and development measures. Ideally, you have knowledge of urban development, funding management, including application procedures and billing from the authorising bodies. You were able to gain your well-founded professional experience in comparable fields of urban and construction development and “burn” for these topics. Challenged projects are simply your passion. Knowledge of planning, construction and land law as well as in the real estate sector and in the determination of property value round off your professional profile. Embossed moderation and commutation skills, in particular persuasiveness and negotiation skills, as well as engagement, negotiation security and a powerful enforcement capability are your personal strengths. You are a trusted partner of our customers and the project participants. In order to make communication processes successful and targeted, you need a good oral and written expression in the German language (mind level B 2).
