Teamleiter Logistik / Vorarbeiter (w/m/d) – Quereinsteiger Unlimited in full time

You have experience in logistics and want to go the next step as a shift manager (w/m/d)? Then become part of the GLS family! At our Westerkappeln site at Osnabrück, you will be running a team of around 60 helpers and part-time workers. You are close to the area and soar for a smooth run in sorting and loading.

Your working time: Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:30 – no weekend work. Coordination and guidance of a shift from employees in Halle, Lager and Hof Ensuring smooth operations during loading and unloading as well as sorting and scanning Monitoring of container flows and optimal utilization of conveyor technology Responsibility for work safety and implementation of appropriate measures Support for staff work and holiday planning Documentation of key figures, layer results and processes in logistics operations

First experience in the leadership of employees (e.g. as a foreman, representation or experienced specialist) Alternatively: Motivation to go the next step towards shift management / team management Communication strength, good German skills (min. C1) and safe occurrence in the team Self-employed and structured work Embossed packer mentality and sense of responsibility Ideal experience in logistics, warehouse, forwarding or KEP (no need)
