In this responsible position, you take a central role in the reporting and consolidation process. With your expertise, you are committed to transparency, quality and reliability of our financial data and are actively supporting the strategic management of our company.

• Monitoring and quality assurance of the Actual, Forecast and Budget Reporting of our Companies

• Ensuring precise and timely data transmission via the consolidation system (SAP FC/BFC) as well as supporting companies in dealing with the system

• Contact for our German companies and our parent company in Paris.

• Creation of monthly analyses for management and control purposes

• Creation of management presentations using common reporting and visualization tools

• Regular sales reporting to management, executives and international interfaces

• Support and further development of the Excel-based reporting set based on SAP evaluations (AFO), including optimization of existing tools and macros

• Implementation of economic analyses (e.g. spanning and GuV analyses)

• Further development and digitization of controlling instruments, including the use of modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Working with the optimization and further development of existing reporting, analysis and consolidation processes

• You have a safe handling of common analysis and reporting tools (especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint); ideally, you bring experience in creating and developing macros.

• Commercial training and/or business studies

• You have experience in consolidation, preferably with SAP FC/EPM or comparable systems.

• You have very good English knowledge in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous.

• You bring high digital affinity and motivation to continuously develop and automate reporting and controlling processes.

• Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to develop complex financial relationships in a comprehensible way, are a feature.

• You work reliably, prioritize securely and keep an overview even with tight time requirements.

• An independent, flexible and solution-oriented way of working is of course for you.

• Team orientation and the ability to cross-departmental cooperation complete your profile.

• You communicate safely and addressably with different internal and external contacts (e.g. companies, parent company in Paris, auditing, accounting).
