Your profileYou bring at least 5 years of experience in project management or PMO – ideally in complex transformation or change projects, is desirable You have successfully completed a degree in economics, psychology or comparable studies You are a:e real team player:in and draws you from willingness to use, openness, sense of responsibility and willingness to design In addition to enthusiasm for structures and processes, you also have a good feeling for people and culture – and can also act effectively in complex organisations and quickly build a sustainable network You are perfectly familiar with classic and agile project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe) and understand when what is appropriate Ideally, you have a systemic additional qualification in the field of consulting, change, transformation, coaching or organizational development You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and also perform in challenging situations You certainly used your fluent knowledge of German and English and communicate with different hierarchy levels to address
