• Complete training in IT or comparable qualifications as well as a multiannual professional experience
• You have good knowledge of IT networks as well as in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Experience in IT support and basic experience with monitoring tools and patch management
• Good knowledge of German (at least level C2)
