As a development engineer (m/w/d) functional testing, you are responsible for the (pre-) development, design, specification and testing of thermodynamic functions and components of heat pumps You are responsible for the parameterization, verification and validation of heat pump systems, functions and components; you are constantly working on improving the automated test procedures and strategies analyse recorded data from laboratory and field tests; in this case, you are specifically managing potential for improvement for future developments and automation You take over the planning, implementation and evaluation of preventive methods for quality assurance (e.g. FMEA, fault tree analysis etc.) Within international development teams, you can independently process task packages in complex development projects and support the exchange of information with adjacent areas and management

Qualification: You have completed your studies as an engineer (m/w/d) (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, supply, electrical and automation technology Experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience, knowledge in the field of HVAC&R and thermodynamics bring you with Language skills: You speak English and German fluently in the daily business and have fun working in agile and cross-functional and international development teams Know-how and skills: Experience in handling development / simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB / Simulink, LabVIEW, DIAdem, dSPACE and Polarion) are of advantage Personality: Teamability as well as flexibility, targeting and organizational capacity complete your profile Note: Your activity requires presence on three days per week
