The Federal Government will provide the countries and municipalities with a wide range of modern warning means (e.g. Cell Broadcast, Warn-App NINA, TV and Radio, City Information Panels and future Sirenes), so that citizens can be warned not only in the case of defence, but also against dangers in the area of civil protection and general safety. Unit L.3 ensures that all MoWaS users are optimally prepared for the use of the system by instructing, training and exercises and are familiar with the latest technical developments.

Technical tasks – Your unit coordinates exercises and training throughout the department – especially in the field of warning. You structurally optimize the training for MoWaS users nationwide. This ensures effective cooperation with all other internal and external sectors involved. Cooperation and communication – You will maintain a trustworthy cooperation with the authorities, the executives and the employees and the stakeholders.
