Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: Co-operative advice on personal (filials, house visits) and perspective digital (video, telephone, co-browsing) distribution channel Detection of financial customer requirements in the context of cooperative consulting, demand-oriented distribution and, where appropriate, Signal forwarding/transfer to specialists in the bank Participation in the (further) development and implementation of measures to increase member and customer satisfaction as well as customer loyalty in personal and digital personal communication Acquisition of members and customers through all distribution channels Implementation of marketing and addressing actions on financial needs in line with customer channel affinities Information and advice of customers on the use of digital and digital-personal distribution channels with the bank, such as e.g. Online banking, VR banking app Use of analysis tools to assess the associated customer relationships with respect to the potential and intensity of the business relationship and to match the target group segment Perception of information on customer sales channel affinities (personal, hybrid, digital customer) and forwarding to sales management Participation and participation in customer events and corresponding representation of the bank in the public (brand ambassadors) Contact to the institutions, multipliers, political and societal opinion, Supervisory Board, etc., which are important for the functional area.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a training to/from the banking businesswoman, ideally trained as a banking specialist and have experience in holistic customer consulting. You are willing to embark on upcoming changes and help them to learn and apply new ones. You are ready to change and develop their own person and show openness for media flexibility. You enjoy dealing with people, enjoy working in the team and have a strong communication skills. You have a media competence and, in addition to personal contact, appreciate the use of various access routes such as phone, video, chat etc. You are interested in developing professionally.
