As an object manager, you take over the commercial and operational control of infrastructural facility management services for various customer objects in the Erlangen area. Ensuring contract performance in the areas of building cleaning, green care, outdoor care and winter service Perform regular object visits for quality assurance as well as post-calculation (about 30% of working time) Central contact for customers in all questions of infrastructural facility management Creation, maintenance and updating of object-relevant documentation and performance certificates Examination of offers, execution of calculations and responsibility for budgets and economic indicators in their own sphere of responsibility

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a businessman for office management, industrial businessman or a comparable qualification Professional experience in building cleaning, infrastructure facility management or building services Impressed customer and service orientation as well as high quality and cost awareness Safe handling of MS Office and digital administration processes Very good German language skills at level C1
