• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Multiannual practical experience in building cleaning and employee management, preferably experience as a foreman desirable
• Very good German knowledge
• Basic knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Reliability, readiness for use and friendly, safe occurrence in handling our customers
• ready for shift work and weekend work

Your responsibility

• Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in our own responsibility
• To carry out cleaning work in your own area of responsibility
• design of personnel planning and the management of their own employees
• Maintenance of reporting and documentation
• monitoring of working time arrangements, compliance with the time requirements, as well as the collection of working hours and work in relation to timely wage billing
• Support for monthly closing, billing preparation, material order
• Object analysis and quality control
• Close cooperation with the local customers' contact points
• Teaching and training for employees in responsibility

Your working hours

• From now on, limited for 1 year with option to takeover
• Full time, 39 hours/week
• Monday to Sunday, 5 days/week
• 2-layer system
