Workshop Manager / Shop Manager (m/f/d)

In your function, you are responsible for the independent organization of your workshop as well as the active handling of orders. You are the first contact person(s) for all hydraulic questions and needs of our customers. You can process orders from the entrance to the conclusion. This includes the handling of the commercial steps but also the assembly of the hose lines and the mechanical processing of connection fittings You are able to sell tresses as well as technical consultations Your workshop is well structured: thanks to your efficient stock picking and inventory monitoring, your customers get quick help

You bring a completed technical training, e.g., to the land and construction machine mechanic or industrial mechanic (m/w/d). Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the hydraulic industry. You are a reliable, technically versed team player that convinces in customer contact with sales skills, consulting skills and service orientation. You are an organizational institution: Your time is skillful, you set the right priorities in the workflow and always keep an overview of ongoing orders and your warehouse
