As a leadership with high responsibility, you live together with your team the thoughts of the best possible patient and service orientation: Staff management: You motivate your team in the areas of cleaning, holing and bringing services, patient assistance, kitchen sinks, gardening and landscape building (circa 325 employees) and support the team in personal and professional development. Organization of work processes: You control the operational work processes in the individual areas (from cleaning to patient support to horticulture) and develop process optimization measures. Quality assurance: You ensure quality and hygiene objectives through the rapid elimination of disorders, including cause elimination and the establishment of complaint management. Business success: Through your experience and your safe handling of business performance indicators, you will immediately ensure the success of the KDL. Projektmanager (m/w/d): You act as the first contact person (m/w/d) within the KDL and conduct the interests of customers, employees and central functions cleverly.

Leadership experience: You bring multi-year leadership experiences, have joy in dealing with people and have a cooperative and motivating leadership style. Experience and knowledge: You have a degree as a building cleaner master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and additional training to the state-tested desinfektor (m/w/d) as well as experience in building management, preferably a hospital. Expertise: We look forward to your expertise in building management and your affinity for high-performance medicine and patient welfare. Communication strength: You have a communicative talent. A good information of their contacts is a small one-time one for you. Entrepreneurial thinking: Your vision and your sense of trends and innovation are driving the success of the KDL.
