Broker Advisor (m/f/d)

After the purchase is before the success. You are the central trustee for our newly acquired brokers and make sure that integration and operation run smoothly. Your focus is not on the classic distribution of products, but on quality assurance and efficiency enhancement of the sites. Your core tasks: Relationship Management: You are the first contact for the acquired brokers, accompany them through the onboarding phase and supports further operation

Compliance & Process Monitoring: You check on site and/or digital whether our defined consulting processes and internal guidelines are adhered to.

Sales optimization: You analyze existing operations in the agencies, identify challenges and implement best practices to sustainably increase sales performance.

Reporting: You document the progress of integration and report directly to the management.

Industry know-how: You have well-founded experience in insurance or financial services (e.g. as an insurance businessman, specialist or by studying).

Analytical view: You immediately recognize where a process is hact and how to make it more efficient.

Empathy & Enforcement Strength: You can take people into changes, but don't be afraid to clearly identify deficits and to challenge their elimination.

Readiness to travel: You bring an above-average readiness to travel. Your focus is on direct care on site – a service car (also for private use) is therefore an integral part of your package.

Maximum influence: You work in a key position with a large design space.
