The workplace includes a wide range of tasks for forestry and nature conservation. Priorities are: Completion of standard forestry activities practical measures of nature conservation, traffic safety, visitor steering and hunting primarily on the former military practice site of Münsingen in the Schwäbische Alb biosphere area, but also occasionally on other federal properties in Baden-Württemberg, including forest rejuvenation and care as well as forest construction Maintenance and perforations Wood harvesters Forest / nature protection as well as landscape and biotope care Open country support General operations and hunting operations Measures under public relations Transport policy

Qualification: completed vocational training for/for the forestry sector (with the best possible result) or comparable qualification Competences: Knowledge in the field of ergonomics and occupational safety for research Experience in handling forestry equipment and machines Knowledge of the relevant forest legislation (e.g. federal and state forest law, federal and state nature protection law, occupational safety and safety in forest work, accident prevention regulations) is desirable Basic IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge of how to use analog and digital card material is desirable Other: physical loadability thorough, careful and reliable operation Criticism, social competence and team capacity for working in a partially autonomous forest working group good understanding and organisational skills Ability to work team- and goal-oriented as well as safe even in case of increased work customer- / address-oriented behavior Ready for flexible use at different types of work Car driver's license (classes B and BE) and the willingness to drive motor vehicles or the willingness to acquire the category BE licence within one year Willingness to join the nationwide, including multi-day training
